Elevate your roast turkey drippings with herbs, mustard, and broth for a standout gravy.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 pound) turkey
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 cups turkey, chicken, or vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons Maille® Dijon Originale or Old Style Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons freshly chopped herbs such as rosemary, sage, parsley, and thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Once the turkey is roasted to perfection, transfer it from the roasting pan. Then pour broth into the pan drippings, stirring to incorporate all the flavorful browned bits.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan. In a separate small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of water with cornstarch. Add this cornstarch mixture, Maille, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper to the saucepan and stir well.
  • On medium heat, stir constantly until the mixture boils. Let it cook for 1 minute until the gravy thickens and becomes smooth. Serve alongside sliced roast turkey.
