Elevate turkey cutlets with asparagus, shrimp, and decadent hollandaise sauce for a luxurious and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen cut asparagus
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 6 (4 ounce) turkey breast cutlets
  • 0.25 teaspoon crushed garlic
  • 0.25 pound cooked shrimp - peeled and deveined
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) envelope hollandaise sauce mix
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring water and asparagus to a gentle boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until asparagus is tender. Drain and set aside, keeping warm.
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the margarine until sizzling. Cook turkey cutlets for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until beautifully browned and cooked through. Set aside the juicy turkey.
  • Toss the garlic and shrimp into the sizzling skillet. Sauté over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until the shrimp is heated through.
  • Mix your hollandaise sauce using the instructions on the package.
  • Lay turkey cutlets on individual plates and layer with asparagus and shrimp. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce.
