Easy weeknight meal with Hamburger Helper®, ground turkey, broccoli, and melty mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 box Hamburger Helper™ three cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Broccoli Cuts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Instructions:
  • Cook the turkey in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until it is no longer pink; then drain any excess fat.
  • Combine milk, hot water, uncooked pasta, sauce mix (from Hamburger Helper box), oregano, and pepper flakes in a pot. Bring to a boil.
  • Lower the heat and simmer with the dish covered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli, cover, and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the dish and cook uncovered until cheese is melted.
