Create a vibrant, guilt-free turkey burger with zesty cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 500g turkey mince
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 23.40 gm dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 4 small crusty white bread rolls, halved
  • 46.80 gm whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together mince, thyme, mustard, and egg. Season with salt and pepper, then form the mixture into four 2cm-thick patties.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, brown patties for 5 to 7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Spread the roll bases generously with cranberry sauce, then layer with fresh lettuce, juicy patties, and ripe tomato slices. Finally, crown the masterpiece with the roll tops and serve immediately for a delicious meal.
