Turkey-filled dumplings: moist, flavorful, and simple to create!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound cooked, chopped turkey meat
  • 3 cups water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 (12 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, combine turkey, water, salt, and pepper, and bring to a flavorful boil. Simmer gently for 30 to 40 minutes until a delicious broth develops.
  • On a medium cutting board or flat surface, generously sprinkle flour. Roll out the biscuit dough and slice into 1x2-inch pieces.
  • Gently place dough pieces into simmering broth and cook for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
