Egg-free turkey meatballs: crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pound ground turkey
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a saucepan, boil water and rice. Stir in butter, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cover, simmer on medium-low heat until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed (20-25 minutes). Cool slightly before serving (10-15 minutes).
  • Combine the ground turkey with the cooled rice in a medium bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly mixed.
  • Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until the centers are no longer pink, approximately 45 minutes.
