Garlic, ginger, and soy seasoned turkey patties quickly pan-fried for a delicious dinner in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 0.25 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  • Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, green onion, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a large bowl until well mixed. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • In a wide skillet set over medium heat, gently sauté the patties until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Ensure the juices run clear, and the internal temperature reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when tested with an instant-read thermometer.
  • Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and freshness.
