Simple turkey noodle salad with sweet grapes, celery twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mostaccioli pasta
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced celery root
  • 2 cups halved seedless red grapes
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 head romaine lettuce leaves, torn into bite size pieces
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a big pot of lightly salted water. Cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until tender. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again, and put it in a large bowl.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and celery root in a bowl. Mix with noodles until coated. Gently add grapes, turkey, and celery. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • On serving plates, layer fresh romaine lettuce as a base and generously top it with the flavorful turkey pasta salad.
