Turkey Taco Layered Salads

Stack delicious layers of turkey and vibrant veggies in individual salads.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup French dressing
  • 6 cups torn lettuce
  • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
  • 2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped (2 cups)
  • 2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 cups broken tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Prepare the salads in individual 4- to 5-cup containers. Layer the ingredients in this sequence: lettuce, onions, turkey, corn, tomatoes, dressing, and cheese. Top each salad with a small piece of waxed paper and sprinkle with chips. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours or enjoy immediately. Bon appétit!
  • Before serving, discard the waxed paper and mix the salads together.
