Turkey Tortilla Cones

Make a delicious southwest-inspired cone-shaped sandwich for a fun and refreshing meal!
Ingredients:
  • 4 oz (half of 8-oz package) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 tortillas from 1 package (8.2 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Tortillas for Soft Tacos and Fajitas (10 Count)
  • 1/4 cup thick & chunky salsa
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 oz smoked cooked turkey or ham, cut into strips
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into strips
Instructions:
  • Evenly slather cream cheese on 2/3 of each tortilla, followed by a generous layer of salsa.
  • Lay a crisp lettuce leaf on each tortilla, then add layers of savory turkey, gooey cheese, and vibrant bell pepper strips.
  • Roll up the bottom 1/3 of each tortilla to create a cone shape with the folded end at the bottom. Secure the shape with a toothpick and serve with extra salsa, if desired.
