Delightful blend of fruits and nuts, perfect for any tea time.
Ingredients:
  • 135g (3/4 cup) dried apricots
  • 85g (1/2 cup) dry-roasted almonds
  • 75g (1/2 cup) unsalted pistachio kernels, toasted
  • 110g (1/2 cup) red glace cherries
  • 3 x 55g bars Turkish Delight, coarsely chopped
  • 4 x 180g pkts white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tsp rosewater (optional)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 26 x 16cm slice pan by greasing and lining it. Mix together apricots, almonds, pistachios, glace cherries, and Turkish delight in a large bowl.
  • Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on medium heat, stirring every minute until the chocolate is smooth. Let it cool for 2 minutes, then mix in the rosewater. Swiftly fold the chocolate mixture into the apricot mixture until just combined. Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into pieces before serving.
