Roll spiced beef, lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, and garlic yogurt in mixed grain wraps for a delicious and easy weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 7.50 gm ground cumin
  • 10.00 gm sweet paprika
  • 4 Beef Oyster Blade Steaks
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 190g yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 8 baby cos lettuce leaves
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 125.00 ml flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 4 Mixed Grain Wraps
  • 125.00 ml giardiniera (pickled vegetables)
Instructions:
  • Mix cumin and paprika in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper. Rub the spice mixture onto the beef.
  • In a large frying pan, heat oil over high heat. Sear beef for 2 minutes on each side or until it reaches your preferred doneness. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  • In a medium jug, mix together yogurt and garlic, then season to taste.
  • Arrange a generous amount of lettuce, onion, tomato, parsley, and beef onto each wrap. Drizzle with creamy yogurt sauce and sprinkle with pickles. Fold the wraps to seal in the delicious filling, and serve immediately.
