Turkish-inspired beef ravioli with a light and refreshing yogurt and dried mint sauce, perfect for a quick and delicious dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 625g packet beef ravioli
  • 25g butter, chopped
  • 375g (1 1/2 cups) arrabbiata pasta sauce
  • 260g (1 cup) Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 tsp dried mint leaves
Instructions:
  • Cook the ravioli in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions until they are al dente. Drain and transfer them to a bowl, then toss them with butter and cover to keep warm.
  • Pour the sauce into the saucepan and heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes until warmed through.
  • Toss pasta in sauce until coated. Serve topped with a dollop of yoghurt, a sprinkle of mint, and a pinch of pepper.
