Wholesome bliss balls with Medjool dates, LSA, and cashew spread - perfect for a satisfying snack for all ages.
Ingredients:
  • 12 fresh medjool dates, pitted
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 125.00 ml cashew spread
  • 125.00 ml LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
  • 125.00 ml pecans
  • 37.50 gm sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions:
  • Combine dates, honey, turmeric, orange rind, cashew spread, LSA, and pecans in a food processor until a thick paste forms.
  • In a small bowl, place the sesame seeds. Take 1 level tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a ball, then coat it lightly with sesame seeds. Place the ball on a plate and repeat with the rest of the mixture. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm, then serve.
