Create a delicious Italian chicken dinner with just four ingredients. Pair with rice and salad for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (26.5 ounce) can roasted garlic flavored spaghetti sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously coat a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Arrange the chicken breasts in the baking dish, scatter olives on top, then pour beans over the chicken followed by the spaghetti sauce.
  • Bake covered in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink inside.
