Satisfy your cravings with a flavorful turkey torta, combining the best of deep-dish pizza and quiche flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ cannellini (white kidney) beans, drained, rinsed and mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine Bisquick mix, dressing, and beans. Press mixture into the bottom and 2 inches up the side of a 9x3 inch springform pan. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until mixture is set.
  • Arrange slices of savory turkey, vibrant spinach, and decadent cheese in a harmonious layer. Whisk together eggs and milk until smooth, then gently pour this luscious mixture over the cheese. Finally, generously sprinkle crunchy almonds over the top for a delightful finishing touch.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes. Gently release the torta from the pan by loosening the edges and removing the sides of the pan.
