Quick and easy two-tone chocolate delight!
Ingredients:
  • 440g packet chocolate cupcake mix
  • 440g packet butter cake cupcake mix
  • 200g Dairy Milk Top Deck
  • 250.00 ml icing mixture
  • 42.90 gm Cocoa
  • 30g butter, softened
  • Hot water
Instructions:
  • Follow the instructions on the cupcake mix packet to prepare the batter.
  • Divide mixtures evenly among 24 paper-lined, 1/3 cup capacity muffin pans. Add a piece of Top Deck to each, followed by another spoonful of mixture. Gently swirl with a knife.
  • Follow the baking instructions on the packet. Allow the baked goods to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from the pan to cool completely.
  • Combine the icing mixture and cocoa by sifting them together. Add the butter and just enough hot water to create a soft icing. Place a small spoonful of icing on each cake and top with the remaining roughly chopped Top Deck. Store in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.
