Easy 2-ingredient pizza dough made with self-rising flour and Greek yogurt for a quick, crispy crust in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour, plus more for kneading
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a piping hot 500°F (260°C).
  • Combine flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a dough forms; transfer to a floured work surface. Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes, adding more flour as needed to prevent sticking.
  • Coat a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray and evenly spread the dough to the edges.
  • First, bake the pizza crust in a preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes. Next, add your favorite toppings and return the pizza to the oven. Bake until the crust is lightly browned, another 5 to 7 minutes.
