Protein and iron-packed Aussie burgers featuring juicy kangaroo patties.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt K-ROO Kangaroo Burger
  • 4 cheddar slices
  • 4 Free Range Eggs
  • 4 wholemeal burger buns or multigrain burger buns, split, toasted
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 8 butter lettuce leaves
  • 8 drained canned beetroot slices
  • 95g chutney
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large frying pan or barbecue flat plate over medium-high heat. Coat the patties with olive oil spray and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Flip the patties and generously layer with cheddar cheese. Continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until fully cooked. Then, transfer to a plate.
  • Grill the eggs in a pan or on the barbecue flat plate to your desired doneness, then season to taste.
  • Evenly spread mayonnaise on the bun bases. Layer with lettuce, beetroot, patties, egg, and tomato chutney. Finish by placing the bun tops.
