Creamy ham and potato casserole with a golden buttery crust.
Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.75 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Season beaten eggs with a hint of pepper, then pour them elegantly into a baking dish. In a large bowl, blend together soup, sour cream, hash browns, ham, onion, and cheese until perfectly combined. Pour this delectable mixture over the seasoned eggs.
  • After baking uncovered for 30 minutes, generously drizzle butter over the casserole. Bake for a further 15 minutes until beautifully golden.
