Make irresistible Parmesan chicken fingers using Bisquick. Perfect for any night!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.66666668653488 cup Original Bisquick® mix
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or garlic salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C), then cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  • Crack the egg into a shallow bowl and beat lightly. Combine Bisquick, cheese, salt, and paprika in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag.
  • Coat half of the chicken strips in beaten egg, letting excess drip off. Place them in a bag, seal, and shake to coat. Transfer to a baking sheet. Repeat with the rest of the chicken. Drizzle butter over the breaded chicken before baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the center is no longer pink, juices run clear, and an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads at least 165°F (74°C).
