Vibrant vegan breakfast wrap filled with black beans and creamy avocado for a satisfying start to your day.
Ingredients:
  • 125g can black beans, rinsed, drained
  • Pinch of dried chilli flakes
  • 10.60 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 40g wholegrain wrap
  • 20g baby spinach
  • 1 roma tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 40.00 ml fresh basil leaves
  • Lemon wedge, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mash the beans in a bowl until slightly chunky. Stir in chili and juice, then season to taste.
  • Spread the flavorful bean mixture evenly on the wrap, then generously layer with fresh spinach leaves, juicy tomato slices, creamy avocado slices, and aromatic basil leaves. For an extra burst of zest, include a refreshing lemon wedge on the side.
