Create a patriotic fruit pizza with sugar cookie base and fresh berries.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover a 15x10x1-inch or 13x9-inch pan with foil and lightly coat the foil with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cookie mix, butter, and egg until a soft dough forms. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.
  • Place the fresh fruit on top of the creamy layer. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour. When ready to serve, cut the pizza into 5 rows by 4 rows. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
