Quick and simple unleavened bread recipe requiring flour, butter, eggs, water, and a touch of effort for baking.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup milk
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and generously grease a baking sheet.
  • In a spacious bowl, combine the flour and salt, then create a well in the middle.
  • Combine beaten eggs and melted butter, then pour into the center of the flour mixture. Use a fork to mix until crumbly. Gradually incorporate milk into the dough until it forms a ball, using your hands to combine.
  • Shape the dough into a flat loaf and transfer it onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the edges are lightly browned, about 15 to 20 minutes.
