Elevate the classic hot chocolate with a fun twist - try our upside-down hot chocolate recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 60ml cream
  • 20.00 gm cocoa powder
  • 12.00 gm icing sugar
  • 1l milk
  • 200g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 40.00 ml Choc Fudge Sprinkles
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream, Baileys (if using), cocoa powder, and icing sugar. Whip with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • In a large saucepan over low heat, gently meld the milk with the delicate white chocolate. Stir continuously for 5 minutes until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is silky and warmed through.
  • Divide the mixture into serving glasses or mugs. Drizzle with the cream mixture and sprinkle with toppings. Enjoy right away!
