Make energizing protein pancakes with egg whites, oats, and protein powder - perfect for a pre-workout treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) container egg whites
  • 2.5 cups instant oats
  • 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon stevia powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, blend together egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese, protein powder, stevia, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until fully combined and smooth.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Add 1/3 cup of batter to the skillet and flatten using the back of a measuring cup. Cook until bubbles form, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
