Authentic Dutch vanilla pancakes, a breakfast your family will adore from Holland.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • Start by sifting the flour into a mixing bowl, then whisk in the delightful vanilla sugar and salt. Next, pour in the milk, followed by adding the eggs and whisk everything together until well combined.
  • Heat butter on a griddle or in a frying pan until melted over medium heat. Spoon batter onto the griddle, cook until bubbles form and edges are dry (3-4 minutes). Flip and brown the other side (2-3 minutes). Repeat with remaining batter.
