Deliciously unique tube cake made with vanilla wafer cookies, coconut, and pecans for irresistible flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package flaked coconut
  • 0.75 cup butter
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (12 ounce) package vanilla wafers, crushed very fine
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C. Grease and flour a 10-inch fluted tube pan, such as a Bundt®. Combine the coconut and ground pecans and set aside.
  • Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Incorporate eggs one at a time. Alternate adding crushed wafers with milk, then mix in coconut and ground pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Place your creation in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center emerges clean. Let it cool before indulging.
