Creamy soybeans paired with delicious bananas and cocoa powder create a decadent vegan banana pudding.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup cooked soybeans
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, chopped
  • 0.5 cup water, or as needed
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, or to taste
  • 0.5 medium banana, sliced
Instructions:
  • Blend soybeans in a blender gradually adding water until reaching a pudding-like consistency. Then, add chopped bananas and cocoa and blend until well combined.
  • Place the mixture into a bowl and beautifully arrange walnut pieces in the center and banana slices around the edges for an elegant presentation.
