Decadent vegan chocolate mousse with just 3 ingredients: aquafaba and dark chocolate.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup aquafaba (chickpea water)
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
Instructions:
  • Gently melt chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water for around 5 minutes. Once melted, remove from heat and allow it to cool.
  • In a stand mixer, whip aquafaba on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 10 to 15 minutes. Gradually add sugar while still beating. Gently fold in cooled chocolate.
  • Transfer the velvety mousse into elegant glass cups and let it cool in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours to set perfectly before indulging.
