Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces dairy-free cream cheese (such as Tofutti®)
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 12 ounces vegan chocolate chips, melted
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup shredded coconut
  • 0.25 cup chopped almonds
Instructions:
  • Cream the cream cheese until silky smooth. Gradually incorporate the confectioners' sugar until fully blended. Mix in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set.
  • Roll the 1-inch chocolate balls in cocoa powder, coconut, or almonds before chilling in the refrigerator.
