Ingredients:
  • 1 (13.5 ounce) can light coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage (such as Silk®)
  • 0.25 cup erythritol confectioners' sweetener (such as Swerve®)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free coconut-flavored syrup (such as Torani®)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Instructions:
  • In a large Mason jar with a lid, mix together coconut milk, coconut milk beverage, sweetener, coconut syrup, and coconut extract. Shake well to blend all the flavors together.
