Impress guests with a veggie burger pizza using your favorite plant-based patties. Perfect for a gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 (12-ounce) package plant-based burger patties
  • 0.5 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 (16 ounce) package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup shredded lettuce, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup diced tomatoes, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and generously grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  • Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and hot sauce in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and crumble burger patties. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until crumbles are browned and onion is tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle on a lightly floured surface, resting as needed. Place it on the pizza pan, creating a raised edge.
  • Place the crust in the hot oven for 8 minutes to bake.
  • After baking, generously spread the mayonnaise mixture over the crust, then sprinkle with half of the cheese. Layer on the burger mixture, followed by the remaining cheese. Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is gooey, approximately 15 minutes. Finish by adding pickles, a drizzle of mustard, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomatoes on top.
