"Quick and easy Malaysian Satay Chicken meal kit with crispy tofu, flavorful satay sauce coating noodles and veggies. Add extra peanuts for crunch, and customize with your favorite veggies."
Ingredients:
  • 180g ramen noodles
  • 600g pkt hard tofu, cut into 1.5cm slices
  • 240g pkt Meal Kit Malaysian Satay Chicken
  • 36.80 gm vegetable oil
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 bunch broccolini, cut into long florets
  • 150g snow peas
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut milk
  • Chopped roasted peanuts, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • Boil the noodles in a large saucepan according to the package instructions, then drain thoroughly.
  • Cut each tofu slice into three triangles, then coat them by tossing with the Taste seasoning mix in a bowl. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the tofu in 2 batches for 2-3 minutes each side until golden. Transfer to a plate.
  • Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until soft. Toss in the broccolini and snow peas, stir-fry until bright green. Pour in the Taste sauce mix and coconut milk, bring to a rapid simmer. Thicken the sauce slightly by cooking for 2-3 minutes. Introduce the tofu and noodles, toss for 1 minute until heated through. Serve in bowls and garnish with peanuts if desired.
