15-minute cheesy vegetarian pizza for a quick and delicious Italian dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 ounces) ready-to-serve Italian pizza crusts (6 inches in diameter)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped green or red bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Italian-style four-cheese combination or mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease the cookie sheet.
  • - Place pizza crusts on a baking sheet. - Spread pizza sauce over the crusts. - Add broccoli slaw, mushrooms, and green pepper on top. - Sprinkle with cheese. - Bake until hot and cheese is melted, about 8-10 minutes.
