Tasty veggie burger with tangy kimchi on a soft brioche bun.
Ingredients:
  • 4 veggie burger patties
  • 4 Brioche Burger Buns, split, toasted
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 400g tub kimchi, drained
  • 250.00 ml shredded red cabbage
Instructions:
  • Spray a large frying pan with olive oil spray and heat over medium heat. Cook the veggie patties for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
  • Arrange the bun bases on serving plates and layer them with veggie patties, mayonnaise, kimchi, cabbage, and bun tops. Serve promptly for maximum enjoyment.
