Wholesome smoothie combining frozen berries, banana, pineapple, and unsweetened tea for a refreshing breakfast on the fly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup brewed black tea (such as Gold Peak®), chilled
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, broken into chunks and frozen
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 3 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
  • In a blender, mix together tea, berries, pineapple, banana, lemon juice, mint, and honey until a smooth consistency is achieved.
