Create a budget-friendly cafe-style lunch with this delicious deli dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 Roast Chicken, skin and bones removed
  • 39.60 gm mayonnaise
  • 30cm French bread stick (baguette)
  • 1/2 carrot, peeled
  • 1 shallot
  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Neil Perry Fresh Soy & Chilli Dressing
Instructions:
  • Shred the meat of 1/4 Woolworths Country Style Roast Chicken after removing the skin and bones. Mix it with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stuff a 30cm French bread stick with the chicken mixture. Top it with ribbons of 1/2 carrot, strips of 1 shallot, and fresh coriander leaves. Drizzle Neil Perry Fresh Soy & Chilli Dressing over the filling, then slice in half before serving.
