Irresistible brined chicken with a tangy kick.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup water
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 4 (10 ounce) bone-in chicken breast halves
Instructions:
  • Combine water, vinegar, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and melted margarine in a large resealable plastic bag. Shake well. Add chicken, seal the bag, and shake to coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate. Take the chicken out of the marinade, shake off excess, and discard the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill until perfectly cooked through, about 10 minutes on each side.
