Elevate your grilled chicken with a simple marinade of white vinegar, garlic, butter, and Worcestershire sauce for delicious bone-in cuts.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white distilled vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 (8 ounce) bone-in chicken breasts
  • 4 chicken leg quarters
Instructions:
  • In a pot, mix vinegar, water, butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper, sugar, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil, then let the marinade cool to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before using.
  • Place the chicken in a resealable bag and cover it with the marinade. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Preheat a sizzling outdoor grill until it's nice and hot, then lightly oil the grate. Place the chicken pieces on the grill, patting off any extra marinade; throw away the rest of the marinade.
  • Grill chicken for 30-45 minutes until thoroughly cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) near the bone.
