Pair these nutty crumbs with festive ice creams and personal-sized puddings.
Ingredients:
  • 20.00 gm self-raising flour
  • 34.40 gm demerara sugar (see note)
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
  • 25g walnut
  • 30g chilled unsalted butter, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with baking paper.
  • Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and nuts in a food processor until blended. Add butter and pulse until mixture forms large clumps. Spread on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes, stirring once, until golden. Let cool, break into small clumps, and serve.
