Warm cauliflower salad

Flavorful cauliflower salad with aromatic spices.
Ingredients:
  • 600g cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 125.00 ml toasted pine nuts
  • 125.00 ml raisins
  • 50g baby spinach
  • lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil cauliflower in a saucepan for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • Preheat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add spices and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add cauliflower, cook for 5 minutes until golden. Remove from heat, then stir in pine nuts, raisins, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
