Cheesy artichoke dip with mozzarella and Parmesan, perfect for dipping with crackers or French bread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 (6.5 ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, and garlic powder in a large bowl until fully incorporated, then transfer the mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • After preheating the oven, bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling. Finish by sprinkling with paprika and serving while warm.
