Make easy and delicious hot crab sandwiches. Serve in pita bread or with chips. Microwave cream cheese, mix with ingredients, then microwave on medium for 4-6 minutes. Enjoy a fair-inspired treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) can canned crabmeat, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a medium baking dish, use a fork to mash the cream cheese, then mix in the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and green onion.
  • Gently wash the crab meat to ensure it's clean and free of any shell fragments. Then, flake the crab meat and fold it into the creamy cheese mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, then serve warm.
