Create a quick and flavorful spring pasta salad with grilled lamb, tomato, olives, spinach, and feta in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 300g penne pasta
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 500g pkt Grill Lamb Souvlaki Strips
  • 200g Perino tomatoes, halved
  • 55g olive
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 120g pkt Baby Spinach
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
  • 80g fetta, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large saucepan of salted water until perfectly cooked. Drain the pasta.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the lamb and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is just cooked through.
  • Combine pasta, lamb, tomato, olives, onion, spinach, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Drizzle with remaining oil, season well, and toss to combine. Serve salad garnished with crumbled fetta.
