Elevate this Mediterranean tomato salad with bold and vibrant flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 200g yellow grape tomatoes, halved
  • 250g red cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 300g tomato
  • 40.00 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 125.00 ml fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • In a large non-stick frying pan over low heat, combine oil, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes are warmed through but still firm. Remove from heat.
  • Blend in the vinegar, transfer onto a plate, and sprinkle with fresh basil. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper before serving.
