Watermelon and sweet red pepper slushy - a refreshing and unique flavor twist!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups cubed seeded watermelon
  • 0.5 red bell pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups ice
  • 1 sprig fresh mint
Instructions:
  • Blend watermelon, red bell pepper, and ice until slushy. Serve in glasses, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Refrigerate for up to 2 days.
