Whip up a zesty watermelon and goat cheese salad in under 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 120g pkt Australian 4 Leaf Salad
  • 500g watermelon, peeled, cut into small wedges
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 80g Goat's Cheese, crumbled
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 orange, zested, juiced
Instructions:
  • In a large serving bowl, combine the salad leaves, watermelon, onion, and goat’s cheese.
  • In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic, and 1/4 cup (60ml) orange juice. Drizzle the mixture over the salad, season, and sprinkle with orange zest.
