Delicious fruity pops for a refreshing treat anytime.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 watermelon
  • Vanilla yoghurt, to serve
  • Fruit (such as pomegranate seeds and chopped mango, peach, blueberry, raspberry, kiwifruit and strawberry), to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper. Slice the watermelon into wedges and insert ice block sticks into each piece. Arrange the watermelon wedges on the prepared tray and place it in the freezer for 1 hour to freeze.
  • Cover the watermelon on the tray with a generous dollop of yogurt. Sprinkle with your favorite fruits. Freeze until solid.
