Whip up a refreshing summer watermelon dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 (about 1kg) seedless watermelon, peeled
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) honey
  • 100ml warm water
  • 200g Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 0.63 gm ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Slice the watermelon into 2cm-thick slices, then cut each slice into 3-4cm triangles. Serve in 4 glass bowls.
  • Combine honey and warm water in a jug and stir until well mixed. Drizzle the honey syrup over the watermelon, cover, and chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the yogurt and cinnamon in a small bowl, stirring well. Top the watermelon with a spoonful of the yogurt mixture before serving.
